The Full Groom service includes a comprehensive bath in one of our selected shampoo's, fluff dried and coat brushed out, ears and eyes cleaned, facial wash, full body clipping and styling according to the owner's specifications (wherever possible), sanitary area shaven, paw pads tidied, and nails clipped.

Tidy Trims
The Tidy Trim service includes a comprehensive bath in one of our selected shampoo's, fluff dried and coat brushed out, ears and eyes cleaned, facial wash, scissor tidy for a neat appearance and styling according to the owner's specifications (wherever possible), sanitary area trim, paw pads tidied, and nails clipped. This service is for those breeds that do not require a full shave but do require scissor trim to help with maintenance, such as Golden Retrievers and working Spaniels.

The Bath and Brush service includes a comprehensive bath in one of our selected shampoo's, fluff dried and coat brushed out to remove any tangles and enhance its natural shine. This is great service for general coat maintenance.

Hand Stripping Grooms
The Hand Stripping Groom is the recommended grooming technique for many wire-haired breeds such as Irish Wolfhounds and Terriers to maintain the texture and lustre of the coat. It is the process of manually removing the dead hairs from a dog's topcoat to make room for new ones to regenerate and grow. As opposed to clipping, hand stripping maintains two separate layers of the coat - a shorter, softer undercoat and longer guard.

Puppy Grooms
The Puppy Groom is a great way to desensitise your puppy into the grooming environment. Each session will last approximately 45 minutes and will consist firstly of a bath and brush, and I will assess on how well the puppy handles this and then slowly progress onto adding paw and hygiene trimming along with around the eyes.

Nail Clipping
Nail clipping is using specialized clippers to maintain a safe and appropriate nail length to your dog nails.
If your dog nails are too long and require clipping? Let us take the stress away with my trained professional groomers skills.
Also, nail clipping ae included in all full grooms and tidy trims, however, can be added onto the bath and brush service and can be offered as a walk-in service where is possible.
De-Shedding Treatment
De-Shedding Treatment is a specially formulated shampoo to help stimulate the undercoat on double coated breeds to loosen up. This groom will consist of a pre-bath blowout to help loosen the fur, the bath with this special shampoo, and an after-bath blow out where the rest of the loosened hair can be removed using special tools. Please note this will not stop shedding but should help to reduce the amount.
Flea Treatment
Flea Treatment is where fleas are found upon your dog, unfortunately there will be a additional charge. This will cover the cost of the flea shampoo for your dog which will kill any fleas currently living on your dog, along with the cost of a flea fog fumigation of the salon to prevent infestation.
Late Fees
If your dog is not collected at the agreed collection time, you will incur an additional charge per 20 minutes.
Please note that I am unable to cater for any dogs that are currently listed on The Dangerous Dogs Act 1991

We only offer grooming services for dogs.
We offer a variety of pet grooming services, including baths, haircuts, nail trims, and ear cleaning.
Depends on the dog, on average long haired dogs require grooming every 6-8 weeks. Smooth haired dogs can vary, this can be dependent on their shedding cycle and outdoor activities.
Please ensure that your pet has been given the opportunity to go to the toilet before entering the salon as this will ensure that they get the maximum enjoyment out of their groom.
Please do not feed your pet within 30 minutes prior to their appointment.

For the safety of the dogs in the salon and our clients, sadly owners are not permitted to stay with their dog for the groom. However, you can stay locally if you wish.
Unfortunately, we can't groom dogs who are pregnant or in season (heat).
Please notify before attending the appointment which will allow arrangement to be in place to ensure no other dogs are within the premises for your appointment time.
If a dog is aggressive towards a member of our grooming team or another pet, we may need to muzzle them. It is the owner's responsibility to inform the groomer if they do not wish their pet to be muzzled.
Refusal may result in the groom not taking place.
Unfortunately, due to insurance reasons we are unable to cater for any dogs that are currently listed on The Dangerous Dogs Act 1991
